YouTube Management: Bells of Steel

Youtube SEO and Management: Digvijay Rathee

Bells of Steel is a strength-training and gym equipment brand that serves both home gym users and commercial fitness spaces. The brand is known for making strength equipment more accessible while still appealing to serious lifters, coaches, and fitness enthusiasts. Its product range spans racks, benches, barbells, plates, cable systems, specialty machines, and other strength-training equipment, which gives the brand a large amount of useful product knowledge and educational content to work with.

The Channel was stuck on the same number of views for the past few Videos.

For YouTube, the opportunity was bigger than simply promoting products. The goal was to build a channel that could function as a content, education, and discovery platform for the brand—helping potential customers learn about equipment, understand how products are used, compare different setups, and engage with fitness-focused content even before they were ready to make a purchase.

Challenge & Solution

The challenge was to make product-focused fitness content perform in a highly competitive YouTube environment while keeping the channel useful, entertaining, and commercially relevant. We developed a performance-driven content approach centred on creating more engaging product-led videos, attention-grabbing short-form content, and educational fitness content designed for discovery.

By improving content selection, hooks, pacing, and consistency, and continuously identifying which formats generated the strongest response, we helped create a scalable content system capable of reaching audiences well beyond the existing subscriber base.

Final Result

The strategy generated 11.9M+ YouTube views in 365 days, along with 81K watch hours and 4.7K+ new subscribers during the same period.

The channel reached approximately 19.6K subscribers, while maintaining strong ongoing momentum with 82K+ views in just 48 hours at the time the analytics were captured.

With views up 118% and subscriber growth up 83% compared with the previous 365-day period, YouTube became a significantly stronger discovery and audience-growth channel for the brand.
